Total Care Home Health Care assist patients to live independently in their own homes by helping them with the tasks of everyday living. These services are medical in nature and are delivered by qualified personnel that are sensitive to the unique needs of the client and community. Also, home health requires the supervision of a registered nurse as well as a physician’s order. The tasks to be performed by Home Health workers requires clinical judgment, and may be performed by licensed medical individuals.
